Prices are in US dollars
Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where either applies. Invoicing is from FACTIONER SRL, a Romanian company.
The takeover is paid before scheduling
The fixed engagement reserves focused time and begins only after the scope and safe access boundary are confirmed.
Projects have their own written scope
Stabilization and migration are priced as a fixed outcome or independently useful phase. Work outside the agreed boundary is not silently added to a retainer.
The recommendation can be to stop
The takeover may conclude that no ongoing work, migration or additional project is the right decision. The deliverables remain yours either way.
