AI automations for law and accounting firms
Billable hours spent on the work, not on chasing documents.
A small firm loses its margin to admin: intake, chasing, reminders and the invoice at the end. These automations do that part, with a person approving anything a client sees.
where the hours go
Three things every owner in this trade told me.
- Hours a week asking clients for the same documents.
- Deadlines tracked in someone's head and a spreadsheet.
- Time that was worked but never made it onto an invoice.
the list
What I automate for law and accounting firms.
Each price covers the build, the testing on your data, the documentation and the handover. Half to start, half when it runs. Combine two or three and the scope is still one page.
- Client intake and engagement letter
- $1,500
- A prospective client fills one form. The matter is created, the engagement letter drafted from your template and sent for signature, and the folder structure set up.
- Document requests and chasing
- $1,200
- Each matter has its list of required documents. Clients are asked once, reminded on a schedule, and what arrives is filed and ticked off automatically.
- Deadline and filing reminders
- $900
- Statutory and court deadlines are calculated from the matter dates and the responsible person is reminded at the intervals you set, with escalation when nothing moves.
- Inbox triage by matter
- $1,500
- Incoming email is matched to the matter, summarized and filed. Anything that needs a reply today is flagged with a draft.
- Time captured into the invoice
- $1,500
- Calendar entries, emails and notes become draft time entries per matter. The month-end invoice is assembled for review instead of reconstructed from memory.
