AI automations for small businesses

Ten automations. Fixed prices. Built in the tools you already use.

Pick the task you are sick of doing. Each one below has a price, a timeline and the tools it connects. I build it in your accounts, test it on your real data and hand it over working. The complex ones, the agents and the multi-system flows, run on a monthly plan.

Automation Partner

For the automations that do not fit a fixed menu: AI agents that handle a conversation, work that spans five tools, or a business that wants one new automation every month.

  • Everything already built is monitored and fixed when a tool changes its API.
  • One new automation or one improvement delivered every month.
  • Complex work built over several months: agents, multi-system flows, customer-facing chat.
  • A monthly note in plain language: what runs, what it saved, what is next.
  • Questions answered within two business days.
  • Unlimited requests or same-day turnaround.
  • Building a software product or an app. That is the Build offer.
  • Vendor charges: n8n, OpenAI and your tools bill you directly.

how it runs

Four steps from a task you hate to one that runs itself.

  1. Pick from the menu, or describe the task

Ten automations below with a fixed price each, and six industries with their own lists. If yours is not there, a 30-minute call is enough to price it.

  2. A one-page scope and half the fee

Exactly what triggers it, what it does, which tools it touches and what happens when something is unclear. You pay half to start.

  3. Built and tested in your accounts

It runs in your n8n, your OpenAI account and your tools, not mine. I test it on your real data and the edge cases you warned me about.

  4. Handed over working

A short handover, documentation and every credential. You pay the second half when it is running. You own all of it, and nothing stops working if we never speak again.

the small print

What the prices do and do not include.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies. Half is paid to start and half on handover. Vendor charges, such as n8n hosting or OpenAI usage, run in your own accounts and are not part of the fee. A change to the written scope is quoted before it starts. An automation that depends on a tool with no usable API is said so on the call, not discovered in week two.

Not on the menu? Tell me the task. I'll price it on the call.

Thirty minutes, no preparation needed. You leave with a fixed price, a monthly plan, or the advice that it is not worth automating yet.
