plan one · build
I build or finish your app. $4,000, fixed.
For founders who do not have a working app yet. You describe what it has to do, I write the scope, build it in your own accounts in about four weeks and hand it over with everything in your name. Then you keep me on to run it, or you walk away with the code.
what you get
A working app, in your name, with nothing left to figure out.
- A written scope: the screens, the flows and the integrations, in plain words, before any money moves.
- The app built or finished in about four weeks, in your own accounts: your domain, your hosting, your database.
- Logins, payments and data handled properly from day one, so there is nothing to redo when customers arrive.
- Tested on real cases before you see it, including the awkward ones.
- Documentation a future developer can follow, and a handover session with you.
- Every credential, every repository and every account in your name. You own all of it.
named production case
I have done this before. AiudApp is the proof.
Andres came to me for one customer-tracking app. I replaced Tookan dispatch and the Bubble dashboards with Next.js apps, redesigned the Flutter field app, swapped paid Google routing for a self-hosted server and kept Xano as the backend. Then I became a partner in the business.
- production scale
- ≈60k tasks / month
- The connected AiudApp ecosystem currently handles approximately 60,000 tasks per month and is growing.
- field-app efficiency
- −57.5% requests / user-hour
- Observed backend requests per active user-hour fell from 192.3 to 81.8 after the Flutter flows were improved.
- the engagement
- 6-month migration → ongoing
- The Tookan replacement took six months. Work continued for more than a year afterward and remains ongoing.
how it runs
Four steps from a call to a live app.
A 30-minute call
You tell me what the app has to do and what exists today. I tell you whether $4,000 and four weeks is realistic, and what I would cut if it is not.
A written scope and half the fee
One page: what is in, what is out, when it ships. You pay $2,000 to start. Nothing is built until the scope is agreed.
Built in your accounts, shown every week
You see working software every week, not a status report. Changes inside the scope are free; changes outside it are named and priced before they happen.
Handed over, then your choice
You pay the second $2,000 when it is live. Keep me on for $2,500 a month to own the technology, or take the code and go. Both are fine.
good fit
A real business that needs its app finished.
- You have an idea, a prototype or a half-built app, and a business behind it.
- An agency quoted you a number with too many zeros, or a freelancer left halfway.
- You built it with Lovable, Cursor, Bolt or Replit and it will not go the last mile.
- You can describe what the app must do and check it when it is done.
wrong fit
What $4,000 and four weeks cannot be.
- A product that needs a team of five and a year.
- An unlimited feature list, or one that changes every week.
- A marketplace, a social network or anything that is five apps in one, at this price.
- A buyer choosing by hourly rate.
the small print
What the price does and does not include.
$4,000 in US dollars, excluding VAT where it applies. Half to start, half when the app is live. Hosting, domains, email and AI usage run in your own accounts and are billed to you by those vendors. Work outside the written scope is quoted before it starts, never slipped in. If the call shows the app cannot be built for this price, I say so on the call.
Tell me what the app has to do. I'll tell you if four weeks is enough.
Thirty minutes, no preparation needed. You leave with a yes, a no, or a smaller scope that fits.
