automation · for teams of 10–50

Before you hire another admin person, let me take the work off them.

I connect the tools you already use so enquiries, quotes, invoices and reports handle themselves, with a person approving what matters.

hours lost per week

Count the hours before you count the hires.

Three numbers: how many people copy, chase and retype, for how long and what an hour of theirs costs.

Who copies, chases, files or retypes.

On that kind of work, roughly.

Wages plus taxes, roughly.

Example numbers until you change them. A year is 48 working weeks and full time is 40 hours a week. The Ops Map turns this into a written estimate of the hours automation saves.

three bundles

Built from the ten fixed-price automations.

A bundle joins 3–5 of them into one flow for the whole team. Each automation costs what it costs on the menu, plus $2500 once for the team rollout. Three common starting points, or any 3–5 of the ten.

what the team rollout adds

  • The automations joined into one flow, so what one produces the next one uses, with an alert to a person when a step fails.
  • Built for the whole team: shared inboxes, approval by role and access only for the people who need it.
  • The hours measured twice: in the Ops Map before, and again after go-live against the written estimate.
  • The guarantee: if the first automation doesn’t save the hours agreed, I fix it for free until it does.
Ops Map
$1500
Two weeks. Where the admin hours go, tool by tool, and a written estimate of the hours each automation saves. Credited against the bundle.
The automations
$800–1500 each
3–5 of the ten, at the same prices as on the menu.
Team rollout
$2500
Once per bundle: joined, built for the team, the hours measured before and after, and the guarantee. A bundle comes to $5000–9100 in all, fixed in writing after the Ops Map. Half to start, half when it runs.
Run and improve
$1500/mo
Automation Partner keeps it running and adds one automation or improvement a month. Three-month initial term, then monthly.

US dollars, excluding VAT where it applies. n8n, OpenAI and your other tools bill you directly.

for a single task

One automation, not a team’s worth? Each of the ten is $800–1500 on its own, fixed.

how it works

Two weeks to measure, then build, then run.

  1. Free 15-minute call

The task your team hates most and the tools it runs through. I tell you whether it is worth automating. No access needed.

  2. Two weeks: the Ops Map

$1500, fixed. I map where the admin hours go with the people doing the work, and write down which automations save how many hours. You see the estimate before you pay for anything else.

  3. Build the bundle

3–5 automations at their menu prices plus $2500 for the team rollout, fixed in writing, built and tested in your accounts on your real data. The Ops Map’s $1500 comes off the price.

  4. Run it

Automation Partner keeps it running and improves it for $1500 a month. Or you take the documentation and every credential and run it yourself.

if it doesn’t save the hours

The hours are agreed in writing. If they aren’t saved, I fix it free.

  • A written hours-saved estimate before you pay for the build.
  • If the first automation doesn’t save the hours we agreed, I fix it for free until it does.
  • The Ops Map’s $1500 is credited against the bundle.

after the build · monthly

Automation Partner keeps it running for $1500 a month.

Three-month initial term, then monthly.

  • Everything already built is monitored and fixed when a tool changes its API.
  • One new automation or one improvement delivered every month.
  • Complex work built over several months: agents, multi-system flows, customer-facing chat.
  • A monthly note in plain language: what runs, what it saved, what is next.
  • Questions answered within two business days.
  • Unlimited requests or same-day turnaround.
  • Building a software product or an app. That is the Build offer.
  • Vendor charges: n8n, OpenAI and your tools bill you directly.

named clients

Paperwork automated, with a person still in charge.

DocUp's statement reading is the same kind of job a bundle takes on. Nuvra runs on the rule every bundle follows: its AI writes the posts and nothing is published until the venue approves it.

DocUp · internal tool, merchant cash advance

About $60k a month off its costs, and a leaner team

DocUp is an internal tool for the merchant cash advance industry: merchant leads, their bank statements and the lenders they already owe. It was reading about 4,500 statements a month and paying another provider $0.70 for each 10-page one. For DocUp we built stmtscan, which does it for under $0.01. It splits each PDF into pages, reads them with AI and returns the balances, deposits, NSF fees, negative days and every transaction, with payments to other lenders flagged. A statement missing its balances is flagged, never marked done. Together with the other automations, it took so much manual work off the team that DocUp now runs with fewer people, and its costs are about $60k a month lower.

  • $0.70 → under $0.01 / 10 pages
  • ≈4,500 statements / month
  • ≈$60k / month saved, all automations

Nuvra · hands-on CTO, from scratch

An AI marketing department for hospitality venues

Paul wanted to help venue owners and managers keep Instagram and Facebook stocked with good, truthful posts without becoming marketers or hiring an agency. With Petre, my developer, I took it from a research brief to a working product: a venue brain that learns the business, a weekly pulse, precise capture requests for the staff, posts composed by AI around the venue's real photos, explicit approval and scheduled publishing. Mobile-first, Romanian first.

questions

Before you book.

Will it work with our tools?
Usually. The automations run on Gmail or Outlook, the common CRMs, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Drive and SharePoint. A tool with no usable API is something I tell you on the call, not in week two.
Does anything go out without a person seeing it?
Not unless you decide it should. Anything a client sees can wait for one-click approval from the person who owns it.
Who owns it?
You. It runs in your n8n, your OpenAI account and your tools, not mine, and nothing stops working if we never speak again.
What if it doesn’t save the hours?
The hours are agreed in writing after the Ops Map. If the first automation doesn’t save them, I fix it for free until it does.
What does it cost to run?
Vendor charges, such as n8n hosting or OpenAI usage, bill you directly in your own accounts. They are not part of the fee.
